Loc8 regularly maintains its infrastructure on Wednesdays between the hours of 8PM and Midnight Australian Eastern Time and between 8PM and Midnight GMT for our European clients.

During this time, clients may experience some minor performance issues. All affected subscribers will be notified by our support personnel if any works undertaken at this time are expected to result in an outage.

Identified - Loc8 staff have identified a networking issue at an upstream vendor as the cause of this issue. We are working with the vendor to provide as much assistance as we can to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
