About This Site

Loc8 regularly maintains its infrastructure on Wednesdays between the hours of 8PM and Midnight Australian Eastern Time and between 8PM and Midnight GMT for our European clients.

During this time, clients may experience some minor performance issues. All affected subscribers will be notified by our support personnel if any works undertaken at this time are expected to result in an outage.

Monitoring - We are now monitoring this issue and believe it to be resolved.

A final resolution message will be sent when we complete all testing.

Clients are now able to log in and signup to the Australian Public Cloud.

Identified - We are currently experiencing issues with the Australian Public Cloud (https://apac4.loc8.com). Clients are currently unable to log in to the system.

The legacy Australian Public Cloud (https://apac.loc8.com) and all other clouds are unaffected.

We have identified the issue and are working to restore service as soon as possible.
