We are currently investigating ongoing instability with an upstream network provider that has been affecting Smartpath's global network since 15:00 AEDT on 4 December 2025. This issue has resulted in sporadic outages and intermittent service degradation for some customers.
Our engineering team is actively working with the upstream provider to identify the root cause and restore full stability as quickly as possible.

Loc8 regularly maintains its infrastructure on Wednesdays between the hours of 8PM and Midnight Australian Eastern Time and between 8PM and Midnight GMT for our European clients.
During this time, clients may experience some minor performance issues. All affected subscribers will be notified by our support personnel if any works undertaken at this time are expected to result in an outage.
