We are currently investigating an issue affecting email delivery to Microsoft‑hosted mailboxes (including outlook.com, hotmail.com, and live.com), where emails from our platform may not be received due to Microsoft blocking the IP address associated with our email servers.

Our team is actively working with Microsoft to resolve the block and restore normal delivery, and we will provide further updates as they become available.
